I’m the newest designer townhome on the block, and excited to be a part of Rohit’s purposefully designed family of homes.
What Makes Me Unique:
Lots of things, really – at least that’s what my friends tell me! Some of the things people are most excited to see is I have a large attached garage, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a convenient laundry area, and private deck all in 1,407 square feet and no condo fees!
My main floor is also wide open between the kitchen, dining, and living room so you can invite plenty of friends and family over. That’s one of my favourite features too, and I also have an outdoor deck off the dining room for even more entertainment space.
Homebuyers I love:
I get along well with all kinds of people, but my favourites are first time home buyers and growing families. I’m also very versatile! My lower floor den can be an office or exercise space, and if there are any spare bedrooms they can be used for a reading room, or fill any other need!

Currently I’m exclusively available in Arbours of Keswick, a new SW Edmonton community. I’m particularly excited that not one, but two, brand new K-9 schools are planned for the area and to meet all the new families! Also in my neighbourhood is a playground, the Gordon King Pond, and closeby is Currents of Windermere for when I need to run errands. You can find more about me here.
